Elizabeth Rand (Office Manager)  I come from Brooklyn, NY with an extensive background in dental practice management and consulting.  My vast esperience in the dental field enables me to understand the importance the role as an office manager plays in running a specailty practice seamlessly.  I received my BS in Business Administration from Brooklyn College and have worked in all phases of dentistry the past 22 years.  It's my pleasure to provide our patients with administrative guidance during each phase of their treatment.  It's an honor to work with a group of compassionate professional who provide patients with the highest quality dental care and treatment available. 

Carolyn Yzquierdo (Dental Assistant)  I have been working in dentistry for over 20 years. I have been with Dr. Hauer since 1994. Previously, I worked in New York where I graduated from Dental Assistant 1 and 2 In Bellmore, NY in 1978. I have been working in periodontics ever since. I, like many others, have relocated to FL and enjoy all it has to offer.

Lauren  Russo, R.D.H. (Hygienist)   I am a Registerd Dental Hygienist.  I graduated second in my class from Broward College in 2008 where I received my Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene.  I have been working as a hygienist in private practice since.  My top priority is to provide our patients with the highest quality dental care in a friendly, comfortable environment.  I am committed to educating our patients on effective home care to help them achieve the healthy, bright smile they deserve.

Hollie Grant, E.D.D.A (Dental Assistant) I have been in the dental field for over 10 years. I am a certified Expanded Duty Dental Assistant and have my Radiology License from the state of Georgia. My most recent experience was working at a Periodontal practice in New Orleans, Louisiana. Prior to that, I worked as an expanded duty dental assistant for a general dentist in Atlanta, Georgia for 9 years. I relocated to south Florida and started working for Dr. Hauer in August 2010.
